How we are organised
There are a number of project groups and service teams, each with specific responsibilities. We try to ensure that all Members are in one or more of these groups and that every Member (and one of the Corporate Members) is invited to take part in Club elections and decisions.
Formal Organisation
Currently there are four Trustees who are responsible for controlling the work, management and administration of the charity on behalf of its beneficiaries. They are Tim Watt; Neil Yates; Peter Burton; and Jonathon Tucker.
The governing body (board) of the Club is its Council. This comprises the following officer positions as elected by all Members:

- Junior Vice President
- Secretary(s)
- Treasurer
- Past President
